After Service:

Our fee structure does not include regular updates during this process. We will contact you only if further information is required or when your trade mark is registered. However, you are welcome to request a status update at any time, and we will gladly provide feedback.

GETTING STARTED
If you wish to proceed with your trade mark application, please provide us with the following information:
- Name of the entity that will own the trade mark (e.g. Close Corp., (Pty) Ltd or Ltd)
- Name of the person who will sign the Power of Attorney on behalf of the entity
- The full names of the natural person IF a natural person is going to own the trade mark
- The address of the entity/natural person who will own the trade mark
- The name/logo/slogan to be trade marked
